We accept returns for online credit within 10 calendar days from the date you placed your order. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.
Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
How Do I Make A Return?
Returns must be sent within the first 5 calendar days of receiving your item. For returns sent after the 5th day we will deduct 35% from your credit.
Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes
Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return could be subject to 20% restock fee.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Battle Beauties Fashion is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
The item will need to be shipped on or before the 7th day after receiving your package. You may also ship back your return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
International returns are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
Overnight or 2nd Day Air: $35 or $25 return cost
3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $8.99 return cost.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can credit you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Can I send back items from different orders?
Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the invoice for each order online and including each form inside the return package.
Please note: When combining multiple orders as one return, the cost of the return label will be determined by the item with the oldest ship date.
We ship via FedEx and USPS which provides secure and trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
