Hey Love!

I hope that you are having a great week so far.  For me, this week has certainly been challenging to say the least.  Just for starters, I ran into a few hiccups with my skirt manufacturer that has made me wanna scream.  Ok, cover your ears…aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!  Lol I know that was super loud, but I had to let go of that last bit of frustration.  The bottom line is that everything has fallen into place and I will update you on my skirt production process really soon.

Now we can move on!  In the spirit of relationships, love, and Valentine’s Day, I figured you and I can chat about booties and skirts.  Ok, really!?  Maybe that didn’t come out quite right.  No, not that kind of booty…silly!  You know, like ankle boots…aka…booties.  Yea, those kind.  Ok, I see someone has been sipping a little too much wine.  Mmmm hmmm.  Stay with me now!  I really feel that pairing skirts and booties gives you that extra edge, especially when you are wanting to transition your look from day to night.  Here are two key personal reasons why I LOVE to pair booties with skirts:

Legs for Days:
This little trick drives the fellas craaaaaazy!  The booties really highlight the exposed part of the leg specifically the calf area.  For those like me that have skinny calf muscles, this style tip totally enhances your legs to give you a more toned appearance.

Comfort is King
In addition to enhancing the legs, wearing booties with your skirts will give your feet a much needed break from wearing military combat boots and heels. It spices up the look without appearing too “casual” as you would when wearing a ballet flat. Along with comfort, those cute booties will give you a more overall polished look.

Now that you have several ways to pair booties with skirts, what skirt are you gonna rock with your booties next?  Let’s chat in the comments!

Thanks for hanging out with me this week.  Talk to you soon darlin’!
